Salt and Sea home is located on the 2nd row of homes in Las Conchas. The Sea of Cortez is just steps away. The access down to the beach is located directly in front of the house. So whether you want a quiet morning walk or a full day of play, the beach is right in your backyard.
The lower level of the main dwelling includes a large living space, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Three bedrooms have King size beds (one bedroom has a King w/ a twin bunk), and the last bedroom has 3 twin beds with 2 twin trundles. Up to 8 guests are easily accommodated in this space. Larger groups MAY be accommodated with prior approval and additional fee and security deposit. The upper level of the home will remain vacant during your stay.
The casita is located over the garage. It has a large living area with a pony-wall separating the bedroom. It has a king size bed and a twin size day bed with trundle. There is a full kitchen and full bathroom. Up to 3 guests can be accommodated in this space. Larger groups MAY be accommodated with prior approval and additional fee and security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: Rental does NOT include access to the upper decks of the main dwelling. Up to 11 guests can easily be accommodated with both the home and casita. More guests MAY be accommodated on approval and additional costs. In total there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. $300 security deposit is required and is fully refundable. 3 night minimum to all stays. Las Conchas is the premiere community of beach homes in Puerto Penasco. If you are looking for a less crowded, and more tranquil, beach stay you will not find a better location. Las Conchas feels like a private beach community but with the convenience of proximity to all the shopping Puerto Penasco has to offer.
Our home is directly across the street from easy beach access. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles.
